Zamarah will only accept items for exchange that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by any means.
Change of mind or Decision changed is not a valid reason & absolutely inapplicable.
The customer will only be eligible for an exchange if the purchased product clearly does not meet the given specifications & features on the website.
For an expeditious exchange process; please mail out your item within 14 days from the original receiving date of the order.
Items cannot be exchanged after 14 days from the original receiving date of the order.
Items must be returned with all tags or stickers still attached. And must be in their original packaging & condition
